Utilizing all-solid-state lasers with high beam quality, high peak power, narrow pulse width, and high pulse stability ensures processing quality and stability. Precision workbenches and a fully closed-loop CNC system are employed to guarantee the positioning and repeatability accuracy of the machine tool. Due to the high processing quality and good beam quality, it is suitable for precision cutting, fine scribing, and other cutting processes without generating mechanical stress. With low operating costs, a long mean time between failures, high electro-optical conversion efficiency, low equipment power consumption, and long-term use, it can save users a significant amount of energy expenditure.

Features of the equipment

1. Stable workbench

Equipped with a fixed workbench, a cast aluminum gantry structure, and a marble chassis, it boasts excellent rigidity, shock resistance, and high-speed stability;

Driven by a linear motor, it can reach a maximum speed of 1000mm/s and an acceleration of 2G

In terms of static accuracy, the machine tool maintains a precision within ±2 μm; it utilizes imported professional control cards and drivers from global brands to ensure high stability; its dynamic performance surpasses that of traditional screw rod machines.

2. High-precision and high-stability machine tools:

The machine tool body is calculated using CAE finite element analysis to ensure that the strength of each part of the machine tool meets the changes in load, guaranteeing the dynamic and static accuracy of the machine tool.

The structural components are first annealed and then rough machined. After that, they undergo vibratory aging treatment to remove stress, followed by fine machining to ensure the long-term stability of the machine tool.

Each machine tool undergoes precision verification using a laser interferometer from the British company RENISHAW during production, and is accompanied by random inspection data.

All optical adjustment mechanisms for the flight light path adopt a fixed locking method to prevent shaking of the elastic structure caused by rapid start and stop during movement, ensuring the stability of the light path.

3. Excellent cutting effect:

With the assurance of high-precision machine tools, it is possible to achieve higher positional and dimensional accuracy, better roundness, and improved corner effects. Stable movement and energy control enable the machine to produce products with smaller heat-affected zones on the edges, smoother trimming effects, and consistent results.

4. Optional configuration:

CCD visual automatic positioning system: suitable for processing flexible materials, achieving higher production precision, higher efficiency, and lower defect rate.

It is matched with a fiber laser and suitable for SMT steel mesh cutting, precision cutting of various thin metal plates, micro-hole processing, and metal part cutting; as well as cutting, scribing, and drilling of ceramic substrates, ceramic circuit boards, and ceramic components made of materials such as alumina, aluminum nitride, and zirconia.
