Polymer Material Laser Cutting Machine (SMC)

Existing automotive materials are primarily cut using milling cutters, especially when cutting polymer materials containing glass fibers. Milling cutters generate a large amount of dust and burrs. As consumables, milling cutters require nearly one million pieces for large-scale production and processing. Lasers, on the other hand, offer high cutting precision and fine kerf, with dust generation being only one percent of that produced by milling cutters. Additionally, lasers produce no consumables, making them a complete replacement for traditional milling cutter processing methods.
