The principle of five-axis laser processing equipment is to add two rotating axes, A and C, to the existing three linear axes, X, Y, and Z, of a CNC machine tool, thereby enabling the processing head to obtain two degrees of freedom in A and C axes, which rotate (or oscillate) around the two linear axes, X and Z, respectively. The five axes mentioned above are controlled by the Dinai laser five-axis control system to achieve five-axis linkage, allowing the laser head to remain perpendicular to the processed surface of the workpiece during processing, thus achieving the so-called "normal processing". Therefore, it is particularly suitable for processing workpieces with particularly complex surface shapes, but at the same time, machining is necessary to ensure accuracy.

The Dine laser five-axis equipment also features the following characteristics:

1. Apart from completing 3D cutting of workpieces, it can also be used for flat panel cutting. Additionally, on this platform, welding module switching can be achieved, allowing it to be expanded into a laser welding platform, thus realizing multiple functions in one machine. With 24-hour uninterrupted stable production, it is suitable for mass production.

2. In traditional articulated robotic arms, the joint axes are interconnected and arranged sequentially from the fixed base of the robotic arm to the processing head. This arrangement can lead to cumulative accuracy errors, resulting in a geometric increase in the final processing product error. The three-dimensional five-axis machining machine features independent axes and a gantry dual-drive structure with high stability, ensuring long-term high-speed, high-precision, and stable cutting.

3. The gantry dual-drive structure features an integrated and welded bed frame, a high-rigidity and high-dynamic-response crossbeam, as well as a dual-motor drive system utilizing dedicated guide rail bases and linear guide rails with dual-sided gear racks. It allows for dual-station operation, dual laser head operation, and even customization according to production needs.
