The welding speed of the quasi synchronous laser welding machine is several times faster than that of the traditional electric cross worktable. It has the advantages of fast welding speed, high precision, stable quality, easy operation, and simple maintenance. It is particularly suitable for laser precision spot welding and full welding of various components. The production efficiency is about 8 times that of ordinary laser spot welding machines. The machine consists of a laser, a laser power supply, an optical scanning system, a flat field focusing system, a computer, a refrigeration system, a laser indication system, an operation cabinet, etc. After being equipped with specialized laser welding software, welding points or graphics can be directly input and edited in the software, and points or graphics edited by other software such as AutoCAD and Coreidraw can also be processed through this software.
